欢迎使用「开口」。下载、安装或使用本应用，表示你同意本协议。如果你不同意，请停止使用并删除本应用。
1. 服务内容
本应用提供脚本、提词拍摄、本地剪辑、停顿候选、字幕、封面和导出等创作工具。具体功能可能随版本和设备能力调整。
2. 使用许可
在你遵守本协议及 App Store 相关条款的前提下，开发者授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的个人使用许可。本协议不转让应用、品牌、代码或设计的所有权。
3. 你的内容
你保留自己创建或导入内容的权利，并负责确保有权拍摄、处理、使用和发布该内容。请勿使用本应用侵犯他人隐私、肖像、著作权、商标或其他合法权益。
4. 可接受使用
你不得：
- 使用本应用从事违法、欺诈、侵权或恶意活动；
- 故意绕过系统权限、安全或存储边界；
- 对应用进行超出适用法律许可范围的破坏、干扰或未经授权利用。
5. iCloud 可选同步
开启 iCloud 同步后，支持的脚本和设置可能通过你的 Apple 账户在设备间同步。该能力取决于系统账户、网络、iCloud 配额和 Apple 服务状态。即使云同步不可用，本地创作功能仍可继续使用。
6. 数据和备份
你应在删除项目、卸载应用、换机或系统维护前，自行确认重要成片已导出并完成必要备份。应用会在它可以控制的范围内使用事务性删除和错误恢复，但无法代替你的备份策略。
7. 下载价格与应用内购买
本应用通过 App Store 付费下载，实际价格以你所在国家或地区的 App Store 页面为准。当前版本不提供应用内购买或订阅。将来若提供额外付费功能，会在购买前单独说明价格、权益和适用条款，并通过 Apple 的应用内购买服务处理。
8. 无担保与责任限制
本应用按「现状」提供。自动转写、停顿检测和字幕结果可能存在误差，你应在发布前进行检查。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对超出合理控制的设备故障、系统中断、第三方服务或用户操作造成的损失承担责任。本条不排除法律不允许排除的权利或责任。
9. 协议变更与联系
如果协议发生重大变更，应用会更新文本和生效日期。如需咨询，请通过 baicen.j@outlook.com 或本应用在 App Store 产品页面的「App 支持」入口联系开发者。
10. 适用法律
本协议适用于你所在地不可排除的消费者保护和其他强制性规定。

1. Service
The app provides scripts, teleprompter recording, local editing, pause suggestions, captions, covers and exports. Features may vary by version and device.
2. License
Subject to these terms and App Store terms, the developer grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license. Ownership of the app, brand, code and design is not transferred.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you create or import and are responsible for having permission to record, process, use and publish it. Do not infringe privacy, likeness, copyright, trademark or other rights.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or malicious activity, bypass system permissions or storage boundaries, or conduct unauthorized interference beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Optional iCloud sync
Supported scripts and settings may sync through your Apple account when enabled. Availability depends on the account, network, storage quota and Apple services. Local creation remains available without sync.
6. Data and backups
Confirm that important exports and backups exist before deleting projects, uninstalling, changing devices or maintaining the system. App recovery mechanisms do not replace your backups.
7. Download price and in-app purchases
Kaikou is a paid download from the App Store. The price shown in your country or region’s App Store applies. The current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If additional paid features are offered later, their price, benefits and terms will be explained before purchase and processed through Apple’s in-app purchase service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is. Recognition, pause detection and captions may contain errors; check them before publishing. Subject to applicable law, the developer is not liable for events outside reasonable control. Mandatory rights and liabilities are not excluded.
