「开口」是一款以本地处理为主的口播视频创作工具。我们重视你对稿件、录音、视频和创作偏好的控制权。
我们如何处理数据
- 脚本、项目、原始视频、音频、字幕、封面和导出缓存默认保存在你的设备上。
- 语音识别仅使用系统提供的离线识别能力，用于提词跟随、生成字幕和检测停顿；应用不会把录音上传到开发者服务器。
- 设备已登录 iCloud 且同步开关保持默认开启时，脚本和创作偏好会通过 Apple CloudKit 的私有数据库在你的设备间同步。你可随时在「设置」中关闭。媒体文件和项目剪辑数据不会通过该功能同步；关闭同步也不会删除设备上的本地副本。
- 应用不集成第三方广告、跨应用跟踪或第三方分析 SDK，也不会出售你的数据。
系统权限
应用只在你使用对应功能时请求权限：
- 相机：录制口播视频。
- 麦克风：录制口播声音。
- 语音识别：在设备上进行提词跟随、离线生成字幕与停顿候选。
- 添加到照片：将你确认导出的视频或封面写入系统相册。该权限不允许应用浏览你的整个相册。
你可以在 iOS「设置」中随时更改权限。拒绝某项权限只会影响对应功能，不会阻断其他本地创作功能。
你选择的图片与系统照片
选择封面图片时，应用使用系统 PhotosPicker，仅能读取你明确选中的内容。保存视频或封面时，应用仅请求「添加」权限。
保留、删除与安全
你可在应用内删除项目和清理导出缓存，也可通过删除应用移除其本地数据。iCloud 中的私有数据由你的 Apple 账户和 Apple 的服务管理。请为设备设置密码并及时安装系统安全更新。
儿童隐私
本应用不专门面向儿童，也不会通过开发者服务器主动收集儿童个人信息。
政策更新与联系
如果数据处理方式发生重大变化，应用会更新本政策和生效日期。如需咨询，请通过 baicen.j@outlook.com 或本应用在 App Store 产品页面的「App 支持」入口联系开发者。
本网站与邮件支持
本网站由 OpenAI Sites 托管。加载网页时，托管服务会接收提供页面所需的 IP 地址、浏览器及请求信息；其数据处理适用 OpenAI 隐私政策。我们没有在页面中加入广告、第三方分析脚本或素材上传表单。语言偏好仅保存在你浏览器的本地存储中，你可以清除浏览器网站数据来移除。
你通过电子邮件联系支持时，我们会收到你主动提供的邮件地址和问题内容，并仅用于回复和处理该请求。请不要发送与问题无关的私人素材；你可通过同一邮箱请求删除相关支持邮件。

Kaikou is a local-first tool for talking-head videos. You control your scripts, recordings, videos and creative preferences.
How data is handled
- Scripts, projects, original video, audio, captions, covers and export caches are stored on your device by default.
- Speech recognition uses the system’s offline capability for teleprompter following, captions and pause detection. The app does not upload recordings to developer servers.
- When signed into iCloud with sync enabled by default, scripts and creative preferences sync between your devices through Apple CloudKit’s private database. Turn it off in Settings at any time. Media files and project-editing data are not synced by this feature. Disabling sync does not delete local copies.
- The app includes no third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDK and does not sell data.
System permissions
- Camera: record talking-head video.
- Microphone: record audio.
- Speech recognition: follow your script and create offline captions and pause candidates.
- Add to Photos: save a confirmed exported video or cover. This does not allow browsing your whole photo library.
Change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying one permission affects that feature, not the other local creation tools.
Selected images and Photos
Cover selection uses the system PhotosPicker and accesses only images you choose. Saving videos and covers requests add-only permission.
Retention, deletion and security
Delete projects and clear export caches within the app, or delete the app to remove local data. Your Apple account and Apple services manage private iCloud data. Secure your device and keep it updated.
Children
The app is not specifically directed at children and does not actively collect children’s personal information through developer servers.
Updates and contact
Material changes to data handling will update the policy and effective date. Contact baicen.j@outlook.com for support or privacy inquiries.
This website and email support
This website is hosted by OpenAI Sites. Loading a page sends the hosting service the IP address, browser and request information needed to deliver it. The service’s data handling is described in the OpenAI privacy policy. We have not added advertising, third-party analytics scripts or media upload forms. Your language preference stays in your browser’s local storage and can be removed by clearing site data.
If you email support, we receive the email address and issue details you choose to send and use them to respond to your request. Do not send unrelated private media. You can request deletion of support correspondence through the same email address.
